Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the Nuclear Medicine Technology Department, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and departmental events, liaising with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Assist in the management of departmental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Support the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with the nuclear medicine technology team to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
