Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural cooperatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and usage of Easy Bio’s animal feed products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product improvements or new offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the animal feed, agricultural, or livestock industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
