Responsibility
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in accordance with company policies and security best practices.
- Support Group Policy Objects (GPO) deployment and management to enforce system and security settings.
- Monitor and resolve AD-related issues, including authentication failures, replication errors, and access problems.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to design and implement AD infrastructure improvements.
- Document AD configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay updated on AD best practices.
- Provide basic IT support for end-users, including password resets and access requests.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of Windows Server environments and Active Directory concepts (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
- Self-motivated with a passion for IT and a desire to grow in enterprise system administration.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
