Responsibility
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain general ledger entries and support month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare tax calculations and assist in filing corporate and VAT tax returns.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for discrepancies.
- Support senior accountants in auditing financial records and preparing audit documentation.
- Generate financial reports and analysis to assist management in decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, or QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) or internship experience in accounting is a plus.
