Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
