Responsibility
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting transactions with precision.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts, in compliance with company policies.
- Generate financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, P&L statements) for management review.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle petty cash management and reconcile bank statements.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in manufacturing or aluminium industry is a plus.
