Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and Treasury teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in audit preparations by compiling documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or partial qualification is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
