Responsibility
- Assist in managing full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in audit preparations by organizing financial records and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Monitor financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices to enhance financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
