Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage job orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise between internal departments and external partners to align project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor and track job order progress, addressing delays or issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their reliability and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.
- Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local market trends and vendor networks in Bali is advantageous.
