Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage job orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective solutions.
  • Liaise between internal departments and external partners to align project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track job order progress, addressing delays or issues proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their reliability and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.
  • Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
