Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable jewellery pieces.
- Educate customers on the craftsmanship, materials, and unique features of our jewellery collections.
- Assist in the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the goldsmith team to customize pieces based on client requests.
- Manage inventory, ensuring all displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about jewellery craftsmanship and materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
