Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, resorts, and accommodation providers in Bali to secure exclusive deals for Japanese travelers.
- Design and customize travel packages, including accommodations, transportation, and experiences, tailored to the preferences of Japanese inbound tourists.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and opportunities in the Japanese travel market, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with hospitality partners to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the Japanese audience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market data to optimize travel offerings.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, travel advisories, and cultural nuances relevant to Japanese travelers visiting Bali.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or sales, preferably with a focus on the Japanese market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain partnerships.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry, including key destinations, hotels, and cultural attractions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and travel booking platforms.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness to relocate to or work in Bali, Indonesia (preferably in Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
