Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in Japanese-speaking markets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in both English and Japanese.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
- Stay updated on cultural nuances and business practices in Japan to enhance client interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification preferred) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (minimum 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in one of the target locations.
