Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Act as the primary liaison between Japanese headquarters and local staff, translating policies and feedback accurately.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality ingredients and service.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, with a focus on Japanese and international guests.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including promotions and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and professional English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, inventory, and staff scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of Japanese dining culture, etiquette, and service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there).
