Responsibility

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve orders in accordance with established standards and guest preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest facilities.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, buffets, and special dining arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and POS systems.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
