Responsibility

  • Provide fluent Japanese and English customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in sales operations, including order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics teams.
  • Verify and authenticate luxury products, ensuring compliance with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and logistics) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information and high-value transactions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or above) and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or retail, preferably in luxury goods or high-end services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
