Responsibility
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on manufactured products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Document and report quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and process improvements.
- Translate and communicate quality-related documents between Japanese and Indonesian teams.
- Perform audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
- Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
