Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold fine dining standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimize revenue and guest experience.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and authenticity.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, culture, and service etiquette.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese or Indonesian is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
