Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Japanese culinary standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand values.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract locals and tourists, boosting foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations in Indonesia.
- Create seasonal menus and special promotions in collaboration with the head chef.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and expense management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Japanese or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, culture, and service etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese or Indonesian is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
