Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective Japanese language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of individual students or groups.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a supportive and interactive learning environment to enhance student participation and retention.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Collaborate with other instructors or staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in Japanese language education.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level certification preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching Japanese as a second language, either in a classroom or one-on-one setting.
- Strong understanding of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students.
- Ability to create and adapt lesson plans based on student needs and learning objectives.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and language education.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and resources is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali and adhere to the contract terms.
