As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in the development of children from Infant/PG to K2. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to deliver high-quality education. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule (44 hours/week) with locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for children aged Infant/PG to K2.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children.
- Continuously update your knowledge of early childhood education best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with young children (Infant/PG to K2).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks and methodologies.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development.
