Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming learning environment.
- Assist in the daily management of branch operations, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students and group classes.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Collaborate with the team to organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to attract new members.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Uphold the standards and values of English Cafe in all interactions with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably in a formal or informal setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage operational duties alongside teaching responsibilities.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
