Responsibility
- Engage with families and students to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote educational opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and influencers to expand our network.
- Leverage digital platforms (social media, email, and online communities) to generate leads and drive student recruitment.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Sapling Grove team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational policies, and market demands to provide informed guidance to families.
- Represent Sapling Grove at local events, fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential students.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, education consulting, or student recruitment (freelance or full-time).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, CRM systems) is a plus.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students and families achieve their goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong community network in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) is highly desirable.
