Responsibility
- Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities for infants and toddlers (0-3 years).
- Monitor developmental milestones and provide progress updates to parents.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs.
- Document daily routines, naps, meals, and diaper changes with accuracy.
- Foster social-emotional skills through storytelling, music, and sensory play.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including sanitation and emergency procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in infant/toddler care or preschool settings.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid for infants and children.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Knowledge of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based learning approaches.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or events.
- Indonesian work permit (KITAS/KITAP) or eligibility to obtain one.
