Responsibility
- Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian/English during meetings, training sessions, and daily operations.
- Translate technical documents, emails, and reports related to automotive manufacturing processes.
- Assist in facilitating communication between Japanese expatriates and local teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support business negotiations, presentations, and conferences as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interpretations and translations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in technical and operational discussions.
- Assist in cultural mediation to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Prepare and review translated materials for accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in interpretation or translation, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology related to automotive manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and cultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali, if necessary.
