Responsibility
- Manage the procurement process, including raising and processing purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Handle event purchasing, including sourcing vendors for corporate events and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the logistics team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with the cosmetics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
