In this dynamic role, you will serve as the linguistic and cultural liaison for our Director, ensuring seamless translation and interpretation in business meetings, negotiations, and daily operations. Beyond language expertise, you’ll play a key role in General Affairs administration, managing documentation, coordinating logistics, and maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibility
- Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Indonesian) during meetings, calls, and negotiations with stakeholders.
- Translate business documents, emails, and reports with precision, maintaining tone and intent.
- Assist the Director with General Affairs tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate cross-departmental communication and workflow efficiency.
- Handle visitor reception and protocol for Japanese clients or partners, including cultural etiquette guidance.
- Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and follow-up actions in both languages as required.
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects to enhance operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2/N1 level) and English (business-level proficiency in both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an interpreter, translator, or in a bilingual administrative role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of business terminology in Japanese and English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office tools.
- Prior experience in General Affairs, HR, or executive support is a plus.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate professional settings with diplomacy.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Badung area); familiarity with local business practices is advantageous.
