Responsibility
- Provide high-quality inbound/outbound support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account management with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up with the client.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification is highly preferred, but not mandatory if proficiency is demonstrable).
- Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
- Minimum of Senior High School graduate; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
