Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality inbound/outbound support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account management with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process updates in the CRM system.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up with the client.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and communication best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification is highly preferred, but not mandatory if proficiency is demonstrable).
  • Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Minimum of Senior High School graduate; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Right to work in the Philippines.
