Are you a driven professional with a passion for IT sustainability and business development? IRSB Impex Corp is looking for an energetic ITAD Marketing & Sourcing Executive to join our expanding team in Makati. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) division, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and securing high-value IT asset recovery contracts.
As an ITAD Marketing & Sourcing Executive, you will combine your marketing acumen with technical sourcing strategies to help organizations manage their end-of-life IT equipment efficiently and sustainably. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build rapport and close deals directly impacts our mission of responsible e-waste management and circular economy participation.
Responsibility
- Identify and qualify potential clients requiring IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, including data center decommissioning and corporate hardware refreshes.
- Execute proactive outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness within the logistics and tech sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, procurement managers, and IT directors.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, pricing, and competitive ITAD service offerings.
- Negotiate service agreements, recovery values, and logistics contracts to ensure profitable outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of collected assets and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline growth, and conversion rates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or procurement, ideally within the IT or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware life cycles and ITAD industry standards (e.g., R2, e-Stewards).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing leads simultaneously.
