Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and copiers.
- Assist in network setup and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve technical processes and workflows.
- Train end-users on proper use of IT equipment and software.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, technical services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Malaysian citizenship is preferred but not required.
