Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to define project requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize project disruptions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, budgets, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure team alignment and productivity.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, translating technical jargon into clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor project KPIs and metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in 3D technology, software development, or IT.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software development, 3D modeling, or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams and managing cross-border collaborations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
