Responsibility
- Lead and manage the night shift technical team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure during night operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technical projects.
- Develop and implement best practices for night shift operations, including incident management and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and security checks to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of technical operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical leadership role, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Experience with incident management, ITIL frameworks, and best practices for IT service delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.
