Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications in alignment with project requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and project progress for future reference and team collaboration.
- Ensure software applications are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, Django, or .NET.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
