Responsibility
- End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, with a focus on niche skills like AI, DevOps, and full-stack development.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a talent pool through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and tech community engagement (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand, showcasing RiDiK’s culture, projects, and growth opportunities to attract passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and align on candidate evaluation criteria.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate technical interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and demonstrate ROI.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in IT/tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment (SaaS, fintech, or consulting sectors a plus).
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects.
- Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of Boolean search, X-ray searching, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong offer negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-demand candidates in competitive markets.
- Adaptability: Thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to pivot strategies based on business needs and market conditions.
- Bachelor’s Degree: In HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Remote Readiness: Self-motivated with a stable internet connection and experience working in distributed teams.
