Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee contracts, BPJS (social security), and attendance records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance through KPI tracking and regular feedback sessions.
- Prepare and submit routine HR reports to management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
