Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple branches.
- Manage and maintain inventory systems, ensuring accurate data entry and system functionality.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and procure IT equipment.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Train and assist staff on the use of IT systems and software applications.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with inventory management systems and database administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in IT support or system administration (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
