Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in RPA workflows promptly.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Document processes, errors, and resolutions for future reference.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of RPA systems and recommend improvements.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on RPA best practices and usage.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and tools to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies in automation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RPA support, preferably with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) is a plus.
- Experience in process documentation and knowledge management.
