Responsibility
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automation scripts (e.g., Python, VBA) to streamline fuel delivery data processing.
- Clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Generate daily/weekly reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Support the implementation of data management best practices and documentation standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in fuel inventory, delivery schedules, or client records.
- Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., invoice generation, delivery confirmations) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging data tools and technologies to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
