Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across multiple locations.
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily IT activities and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
- Train and assist staff on the use of IT tools and software.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
- Experience in a multi-location or remote support environment is advantageous.
