Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).
- Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
- Oversee disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planning to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic improvements and future-proof solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, virtualization, and storage technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, NetApp).
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
