Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain the factory's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to streamline production processes.
- Lead the MIS administration, including data management, reporting, and system integrations.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect factory systems and data.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify IT needs and deploy scalable solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor IT staff and end-users on system usage and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, MES, and MIS administration.
- Experience with cybersecurity protocols and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in IT project management and system integrations.
