Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for retail POS systems, computers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including workstations, printers, and scanners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and upgrade retail technology solutions.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Train end-users on new systems and software applications.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and service requests in detail.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, POS systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or retail management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for on-site support as needed.
