Responsibility

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients in Bali’s key business hubs.
  • Perform timely installations, upgrades, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in repairs and technical work, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide on-site and remote support with a focus on minimizing downtime.
  • Document all service requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and recommend cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and troubleshooting principles.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 20kg) and work in various on-site locations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali’s target areas.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
