Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions to automate IT infrastructure discovery.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive discovery of IT assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery.
- Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance discovery capabilities.
- Document discovery processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow Discovery features and industry trends.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Discovery Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, including patterns, probes, and sensors.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery) is a plus.
