Choose your preferred location from Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung and enjoy a structured Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM schedule.

Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, and other business applications issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
- Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN issues.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure compliance and data protection.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-ups in the IT ticketing system for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with Level 2/3 support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other Bali locations as needed.
