Responsibility

  • Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including workstations, servers, and peripherals.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist end users with technical support, including remote and on-site assistance.
  • Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including tracking assets and managing software licenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides for internal reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with networking principles (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a contract-based role.
