Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support to Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Manage server deployments, configurations, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex IT incidents.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting technical training sessions.
  • Work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage for global clients.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts or weekends.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
