Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage server deployments, configurations, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex IT incidents.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting technical training sessions.
- Work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage for global clients.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts or weekends.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
