Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or similar systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and service contracts.
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge base improvement.
- Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patch management to ensure security and performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, firewalls, antivirus software, and backup solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
