Join PT DKV PRINTING INDONESIA as an IT Support Specialist in the heart of Bali! We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our IT infrastructure across our offices in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless IT operations, supporting end-users, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance productivity. Responsibility

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
  • Set up and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or similar systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and service contracts.
  • Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge base improvement.
  • Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patch management to ensure security and performance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, firewalls, antivirus software, and backup solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
