Responsibility
- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developers, IT specialists, and digital architects
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions and IT infrastructure
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT, etc.)
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals
- Establish best practices for software development, IT security, and system reliability
- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a Head/Director position
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation projects
- Strong expertise in software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with enterprise architecture, IT governance, and risk management
- Familiarity with Indonesian digital ecosystem and regulatory landscape is a plus
