Responsibility
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP MM modules to support end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM solutions.
- Optimize material master data, vendor management, and purchasing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP MM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting tools to drive operational excellence.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM functionalities, best practices, and compliance standards.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, inventory turnover) and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Stay updated with SAP MM advancements and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, implementation, or support.
- Proven expertise in procurement, inventory management, and material master data within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness sectors (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA and integration with other modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in SAP MM or related modules is a plus.
