Responsibility

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our Customer Loyalty Program (CLP).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to design and implement data-driven strategies for customer retention and upselling.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and program ROI.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers, ensuring seamless integration of loyalty program features into our digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark our CLP against industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on program features to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of loyalty initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Support training and onboarding for internal teams and external partners on CLP tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with customer loyalty programs, CRM systems, or digital sales platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
